1 General terms

1.1 You must own the intellectual property (copyright and trademarks) or have permission from the copyright/trademark holders for any images, videos or other content you include in a ChronoFlo timeline.

1.2 You agree that the Service contains copyrighted material, trade secrets, and other proprietary intellectual property that are property of Webalon, the operator of ChronoFlo.com. Webalon and ChronoFlo.com are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other proprietary rights and laws, and this content can only be used or accessed as specifically provided for in these terms of service.

1.3 You may not store any of ChonoFlo.com (including any portion of the software or documentation) on any computer or other device, or copy or otherwise use such information to create derivative works, unless you have been granted permission in writing by the owners of ChronoFlo.com

1.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password on ChonoFlo.com. We will not be liable for loss or damage due to failure to comply with this obligation.

1.5 The services offered through this site are provided as-is and without warranty. We may discontinue the service or cancel accounts at any time with or without reason.

1.6 Though we do everything possible to maintain a reliable service, ChronoFlo cannot guarantee that the Service will be error free or uninterrupted, and cannot be responsible data loss. Under no circumstances will ChronoFlo.com and its owner Webalon bear any responsibility for any damages arising as a consequence of such unavailability.

1.10 To the extent authorized by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, save and hold ChronoFlo harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, potential losses, claims, costs and expenses (including attorney's fees), asserted against ChronoFlo.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, agents, customers, officers, contractors, and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by you.

2 Acceptable Use

2.1 ChronoFlo.com does not allow any of the following content, or links to external sites containing such content, on timelines created by users:

(i) Pornographic or sexually explicit material

(ii) Content of an illegal nature, including copyright materials

(iii) Content that is deemed to be threatening, obscene or that has the purpose of inciting hate

2.2 You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, create a derivative work, or display the ChronoFlo Software code in human readable form, or otherwise use ChronoFlo.com (which includes its software and documentation) except as explicitly provided for in this agreement, or in a separate license agreement endorsed by ChronoFlo's owner Webalon.

2.3 You agree that you will not store, copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, transfer, transmit, display, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any programming code or any source code used in or with the Services, unless you have received written permission from Webalon to do so. You may not sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise attempt to transfer any right in the Services (which includes its software and documentation), create derivative works based on or in any manner commercially exploit the Services, in whole or in part, unless you have received written permission from Webalon to do so.

3 Miscellaneous

3.1 If for any reason any provision of these terms of service shall conflict with any statute, law, regulation or ordinance, then in such event the provision in question shall be modified only to the extent necessary to bring it within such requirements, and (as modified) these terms of service shall continue in full force and effect.

3.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, with or without explicit notification to you. Continued use of the Site after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. It is the user's responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
